In 2009, I developed a concept for project that exposes Roma discrimination via live and interactive street performance that can be adapted and applied to any region in the world, taking into account the local particular prejudices. Revising the pluses and the minuses of the show, I realized that I came up with a “language” that transforms social messages like anti-discrimination Roma in entertaining moments, using a funny and direct way to deliver the message, rather then a judgmental tone.

The street performance project: 3ivisarde paramica (read as Givisarde paramitza, in Romani language); means “Proverbe insufletite”, in Romanian, “Alive Proverbs”, in English.
